As a student at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), I have personally experienced the frustrating challenges of parking on campus. According to data from UCO's Office of Institutional Research and Reporting, there are approximately 17,000 students enrolled at the university. This glaring disparity between demand and supply exacerbates the difficulties faced by students who need reliable transportation options.

It is crucial for UCO administration to acknowledge these issues and take immediate action to improve accessibility and affordability of parking options for both commuters and on-campus residents. By doing so, they can enhance the overall student experience while promoting a more inclusive learning environment.
