My name is Satyam, and like many residents of Bengaluru East (Marathalli), my commute to Train Station involves navigating through the infamously congested traffic of our city. Despite living within a reasonable distance from train stations, I've found myself missing trains on numerous occasions, even after setting out hours in advance. It's a common struggle for those of us who rely on public transportation to avoid the gridlock of Bengaluru's roads.

Few Examples:  

1. Train No 12786 pass through Bayyapanahalli, Rammurthynagar, but it does not stop at those stations. 
2. Train No 20703 - extend this train till SMVT station, to help east Bengaluru people to connect.  Now we need to travel 3-4 early to reach Yeshwanthpur.

Like these, we have hell lot of things to help the city and the people in, saves lot of time and energy.

This isn’t just about a personal inconvenience; it affects thousands of residents who face similar challenges. The area of East Bengaluru, which includes IT hubs and bustling residential neighborhoods, suffers from lack of effective transportation options connecting commuters to the main train stations. The trains heading towards central Bangalore need more strategic stops that cater to the population density and traffic patterns of our rapidly growing city.

The impact of adding more train stops in East Bengaluru would be profound. With better access to train services, commuters could bypass heavy road traffic, leading to a decrease in road congestion, reduced travel times, and lower air pollution from vehicles idling in endless lines of traffic. This efficiency could translate to more productive working hours and a better quality of life for residents.

Planning these stops is a feasible and smart solution. Surveys can be conducted to understand the commuting patterns of East Bengaluru residents. Collaborating with city planners and rail officials will help identify strategic locations for these new stops. By enhancing our city’s infrastructure in this way, we not only support the daily lives of residents but also promote sustainable urban development.
