Hello Supporters,
 We just finished our depositions. This was a first for my husband & myself. We did our best to speak up for the animals at OGF. Since ALDF's public nuisance claim has been denied by the WA State Supreme Court, the case going forward is regarding neglect of proper removal of the cheatgrass (aka foxtail) in the grizzlies' enclosures that caused serious injuries to these poor bears & in some cases, it has been fatal.

Other issues in the case that may go to trial include unrestricted bread feeding to the grizzly bears, the housing conditions of the wolves, the failure to provide adequate veterinary care to tigers for renal disease, and possession of a Canada lynx. The trial is set for March 4th through March 8th. We may be testifying.

In the meantime, the animals that still need our voices are others that have been neglected medical care, refusal to act on the suggestions to make improvements of their enclosures and take safety measures for their drive-thru section, etc. via the provided USDA documents (Which I've provided in previous updates you can click on). YOU can help with this! In about a couple of months I will provide you with information on how you can help. Stay tuned.

What OGF has done to their precious animals for so many years, if done to humans, would most certainly be considered criminal. We MUST stop supporting roadside zoos that are CLEARLY a for-profit-only business. Let's help get ALL the remaining & surviving animals at this game farm to a legitimate sanctuary, where they can live the rest of their lives in a proper & loving environment.
