Dear Supporters,

 In CourtHouseNews, the state's Supreme Court Ruling in regards to ALDF's public nuisance claims against Olympic Game Farm have 'declined to expand the scope of nuisance any further'.  You can view the entire ruling via the link on their website. I highly recommend reading Chief Justice Gonzalez's statement on pages 15-17. Change can happen with our continued voices and actions!
