Hello Supporters!

The time has finally arrived! Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF) filed their strong motion in the Olympic Game Farm case! The ALDF team & witnesses have worked so hard in making sure the animals' voices at OGF are heard. It's unfortunate that so many have died, when their pain & suffering could've been avoided. 

The motion is made public & I've attached it for you to take the time to read. What has been blacked out is due to OGF wanting to keep certain information kept from the public. ALDF is trying to change that. ALDF MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGEMENT

The motion is difficult to read, because it's worse than I thought. So many animals have suffered painfully there, leading to their deaths & some survivors are not that much better off. Just remember, as hard as it is to read, it's their abuse & neglect that is finally made public. It's time the animals be heard!

ALDF is confident that the evidence provided in the motion will win the case, but the judge may rule for a trial. It could take a couple of months before we know the outcome of the motion. I'll keep you all updated.
