Comments:  OBSERVED AT VARIOUS LOC. SPALLING CONCRETE W. EXPO. REINFORCEMENT ON SLABS & CEILINGS. MASONRY WALLS HAVE SIGNS OF STRESS W. STEP CRACKS, BROKEN & MISSING BRICKS, VERTICAL CRACKS ON SEVERAL COLUMNS, WATER DAMAGE ON UNDERSIDE OF SLABS @ VARIOUS DRAIN LOCATIONS. EXIT DOOR OBSTRUCTED BY BLACK GMC SUV.

“Spalling” in this means concrete that has broken off from underlying structures and can be a sign of water and salt damage. This was found in the Wall Street garage collapse. 

We need to demand transparency from the administration about their action plan to repair the damage to the garage.
