We are delighted to inform everyone that Rye City Council officially endorsed the Playland Parkway improvement and beautification plan!  

This is on top of Friends of Rye Town Park, and Friends of Read Wildlife Sanctuary support- the two adjacent properties Friends groups.  Also, The Lions Club is supportive and actively participated from the beginning, other groups and many of our neighbors- from over 450 who signed the petition to the over 100 families that donated to the 10,000 bulbs now blooming along the pathway.    

Community support was requested by The County before they started. The above certainly demonstrates support. 

We have a clear, professional, effective, well thought out plan.  We are ready and eager to get started!
