I have a personal stake in the development and prosperity of our city. As a worker and concerned citizen, I dream of bringing entertainment and community engagement to an area that currently lacks options for both the younger and older generations. Our card shop has already become a cherished spot, bringing joy and excitement. Yet, the lack of adequate parking solutions could hinder our growth and the growth of neighboring businesses. It has also been brought to my attention we also need better lighting and security among main roads where businesses are popping up. Also with more business popping up require more accessible parking for our older generation and the disabled community. 

The current parking situation in our city is dire. Vehicles left unattended for extended periods clutter the limited parking spaces available, leaving no room for loyal customers and potential new patrons. This congestion not only frustrates visitors but also results in a significant loss of revenue for local businesses. The city, too, loses valuable tax income that could be funneled into urban development and community projects.

With the city's expansion comes the imperative need for better parking facilities. Easing access for consumers to shop, enjoy local services, and participate in community activities translates to vibrant economic growth. Improved parking solutions would encourage more patrons to engage with local businesses without the stress of finding a place to park.

Concrete actions such as introducing timed parking, diligent enforcement of existing rules, or developing new parking facilities can make a significant difference. These changes are not only beneficial for business owners but also for the city as a whole. Creative and effective parking management would support our local economy, foster community engagement, and pave the way for exciting new ventures.
