This is not only detrimental to their physical health but also impacts their mental well-being. According to the Humane Society of the United States, small animals require ample space to move around and explore as part of their natural behavior. We urge Petco to take immediate action by upgrading the size and quality of cages for small animals, as well as providing a better range of toys suitable for these creatures' needs.
