Dear Neighbors,

We all value living in a comfortable and well-equipped building, but many residents have found the laundry facilities insufficient for our needs. Our 14-floor building currently has only 6 washers and 4 dryers, with prices around $2.00 per load (and up to $2.40 for heavier cycles). 

This limited capacity and high cost create unnecessary inconvenience and expense. We are inviting fellow residents to support a respectful petition requesting that management:

- Add more washers and dryers to meet demand.

- Reduce the per-load cost or provide complimentary cycles.

- Maintain all machines in optimal working order
