As a resident of the Manjari Township, which includes societies such as Godrej (Boulevard, Park Ridge, Skygreens, Urban Retreat, River Crest), VTP (Beaumonde, Cygnus, Euphoria, Altaire, Dolce Vita, Flamante), Gera (Island of Joy), Mahindra, and Kohinoor, I represent the voice of more than 1500 co-residents in this plea. We're facing beautiful outdoors but poor interiors; despite living in sprawling societies, we are devoid of basic amenities.

The infrastructure and civic amenities are not on par with the aesthetics of the society, affecting our quality of life significantly. We lack functional roads, regular water supply, good sanitation, and clean and green surroundings. Numerous appeals and talks with civic authorities have yielded no concrete results till now.

In a nation where urban development is a stated priority, it is disheartening to see our township, which happens to be home to over 1500 residents, be overlooked. This situation is not just unpleasant; it persists as a hard reality for all of us residing in the Manjari Township and has negatively impacted our daily living. We are in dire need of attention from concerned authorities for expedited action.

1. Pending Development of the Riverfront DP Road.

2.Lack of a proper and direct connection to major city roads.

3.Increased travel time and inconvenience for daily commuters.

4.Higher congestion on alternate routes, leading to traffic bottlenecks.

5.Dilapidated Condition of the Altaire Side Road.Lack of maintenance and repair over the years,potholes and uneven surfaces posing safety hazards for vehicles and pedestrians, Waterlogging during monsoons, making the road unusable and further damaging it.

6.Water Shortage - Residents are facing persistent water scarcity, which is impacting daily life and creating a reliance on private water tankers, leading to increased financial burdens. Inconsistent water supply across the township, affecting basic hygiene and sanitation.

7.Law and Order Concerns- The absence of a dedicated police outpost in the area has led to a)Delayed response times in emergencies.b)Rising concerns over safety and security, especially during late hours.c)Increased cases of theft, trespassing, and other crimes in the neighborhood.

It is high time that the problems of our society are given the urgent attention they deserve by responsible authorities. We urge you to please sign this petition to compel the Pune Municipal Corporation to plan and mobilize the improvement of infrastructure and civic facilities in the Manjari Township.
