I am writing as an employee of the Baskin Robbins located on Main Street. During my time there, I witnessed firsthand the decline in quality and service under the management of Charles Hampton. Delays in product deliveries, constant stock-outs of popular ice creams, and malfunctioning ice cream cases are just the tip of the iceberg. We are losing regular customers, and the ones that do come in are often left disappointed by the poor service and limited variety. This is not the Baskin Robbins that I remember. 

According to data from 2019, Baskin Robbins was named one of the top 50 franchises in the US, serving more than 300 million customers per year nationwide (source: FranchiseDirect). However, this local outlet is failing to uphold the brand's reputation for quality and service. We urge Charles Hampton to make significant improvements in store operation to ensure that the Baskin Robbins on Main Street can be a trusted source of quality ice cream for our community. Rise to the occasion, don't let a beloved landmark become a disappointment.
