I, the undersigned, request the Rural City of Murray Bridge Council to take responsibility and serious action for humane cat management in the Murray Bridge region. 

Specifically, to offer a universal free (or heavily subsidised) cat desexing program; to compassionately manage stray cat populations; to resource a part time Council Officer to promote responsible cat ownership, to handle complaints, to educate the community, to seek grants, to liaise with local and state cat welfare groups, and to manage cat programs.
