The Issue
Many Canadians face long wait times and end up receiving rushed and poor quality care due to shortages of healthcare professionals, stress and burnouts, and low funding in the healthcare system.
We are asking the government for:
- Increased funding for healthcare.
- Hire more healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, etc.
- Improved working conditions for quality care and reducing stress and burnouts.
No one should wait hours in critical condition just to leave and feel the same or worse. The hospitals are meant to help people; not hurt them. By fixing the system, we build a stronger community, safer environment and have more trust in the system.
