In barangay Hiagsam there are people who don't throw their garbage in the right place, they just throw their garbage everywhere so it spoils the cleanliness of our barangay and it also clogs the drains.

What I want is for the captain to act on this and implement a project for the cleanliness of the barangay and for the safety of everyone.
