After watching To Catch A Copper on Channel 4 on Monday 29 January 2024, i was sickened to my stomach, as was any compassionate human being i believe.

The atrocities that occurred to that vulnerable citizen of Bristol in December 2021 are frankly quite unbelievable.

The perpetrators of this crime are not only Public Nuisances, but seem to have a back up system funded by Tax Payers to continue their abhorations at their own pace, even casually ordering up a Police Van because they said they couldn't drive the car because they'd PAVA'd someone. PAVA is significantly more potent than CS gas and should not be sprayed closer than a metre away from a human.

Instead, they laughed and joked and went for a Tandoori whilst the lady who had been contemplating suicide had a SPIT BAG rammed on her head and then filled with PAVA spray.

Then back at HQ (Highly Questionable) the lady was set upon by at least 4 maybe 6 Officers 'searching' her, or translated as: kneeling on her, pressing a pressure point and feeling her up whilst she believed they were attempting to rape her. Ignoring her screams and totally dehumanising her.

I think we all know who the actual Public Nuisance is and these people need to be prevented from continuing this extremely cruel and unacceptable Abuse Of Power.

If you felt ashamed that Serving Police Officers who humiliate and de-humanise the people that most need protecting, are using levels of torture that are sick, then please sign my petition to get justice for the Lady on Clifton Bridge and put the REAL villains behind bars.

This is the IOPC.

"We are the Independent Office for Police Conduct
We are the police complaints watchdog for England and Wales. We are not the police - we are completely independent of them. We investigate the most serious complaints and conduct matters involving the police, and we set the standards by which the police should handle complaints.

Then WHY did the IOPC deem this behaviour acceptable, non punishable and kept it underwraps?

My next move is to contact the IOPC for them to also account for their decisions.

Well, it turns out you couldn't write it.

Michael Lockwood was the Director General of the IOPC from its inception in 2018-2022.

This is his life now:

Lockwood, 64, is accused of six counts of indecent assault and three counts of rape against a girl under the age of 16.

He was 'asked' to leave his position (resign) by Suella Braverman, the Home Secretary or face immediate suspension on 3 December 2022.

Just so we have a grip on the actual scale and the ripple effect of damage that the appointment of Michael Lockwood as Director General of the IOPC caused, these are the results:

Less than 1% of 81,000 (Eighty One Thousand!!!) Complaints Against The Police in 2022 got resolved in an appropriate manner.

So back to the two charmers at the end of The Bridge:

Sarah Crew, the Chief Constable of Avon and Somerset, bless her, God knows what forces she has been up against to bring these crimes perpetrated by officers in her name out into the light.
She is appalled that the Worst Case Scenario for these people, is at their Gross Misconduct Trial in June 2024, will be a lifetime ban from re-entering the Police Service.

I believe Sarah Crew is crying out for our help. Help fromThe Public to call for a Public Enquiry into this tragic case of Human Rights Abuse and bring a case of Criminal Assault against these two Police Officers.
