After nearly 10 years of dealing with the road conditions of Center Street and Central Avenue in South Heart, residents and visitors alike have had enough. We agree that it is disparaging and shameful that no one has fixed these roads. The blame game from one party to the next is a story we know all too well… “It’s the Property Management’s responsibility” or “No, it’s the City’s responsibility because that’s why they sued and were granted the settlement of over One Million - to fix the roads” or “The builder/ owner from Seattle is still responsible.” 
The nuisance and hazard imposed upon our community from this lack of responsibility is unacceptable. It is about time that someone take responsibility.
