Aroma of rosemary could enhance memory.

Rosemary and lavender don’t yield much pollen or nectar yet they are favoured by honeybees. New Australian research reveals that not only can the smell of lavender help bees make new memories, but that it can also change their mood, and even change their DNA.

Another study found that pupils working in a room with the aroma of rosemary, in the form of an essential oil, achieved 5% to 7% better results in memory tests.

Rosemary protects the brain in a variety of ways to minimise damage and slow down the rate of brain cell ageing. It increases blood flow to the brain, which in turn supplies the brain with more oxygen and nutrients.

Emily from Embodybee.org has released a memory oil.

This is a gentle oil that will nourish and soothe sensitive skin. So this is perfect to rub on your wrist and neck before an important exam, work presentation, a fun quiz night, or if you are having problems with memory.
