You have been suing me since 2016 after I wrote some articles when media reports said there may be alkaloids (some call them toxins) in honey.

Last week Capilano Ltd announced your new owners are retiring “Allowrie” brand honey:

That’s good news. Allowrie is made up of some local but mostly overseas honey.
As the whole of Australia knows by now a joint-investigation by the ABC and Fairfax in September 2018 reported that NMR testing found Allowrie may contain fake honey adulterated with syrups:

Capilano made a public statement that you find NMR results to be inconsistent between batches and different labs assessing the same sample. There is no independent verification of that.
Let’s put it to a real test. Join me in testing the whole range of Capilano honey products for adulteration, contaminants and residues (antibiotics, glyphosate, pesticides, neonicotinoids and other nasties).
All the testing to be done independently. Stop wasting shareholder money with your expensive litigation dragging me through the courts. Do something positive: independent testing.
