Capilano Honey Ltd have not responded to the Open Letter I posted last week suggesting its products be independently tested by a jointly appointed expert.
Independent testing would resolve the legal dispute and save the company from continuing to spend a ridiculous amount of money suing me in the Supreme Court.
I’m now weighing up whether to engage a laboratory in Germany (or possibly Australia) to test Capilano honey for adulteration, contaminants and residues using a completely transparent scientific process.
I could add this to my crowdfunding campaign?
