Addisons law firm and Capilano Honey are in a toxic mess after trying to get crucial evidence destroyed in their strategic litigation against anti corruption journalist Shane Dowling from the website Kangaroo Court of Australia Capilano’s lawyers Richard Keegan and Sandy Dawson have been caught up in criminal scandal that may see prominent lawyers and barristers charged. Sandy Dawson went to the extreme of colluding amongst senior ranked legal representatives in Sydney with Capilano CEO Ben McKee in an attempt to destroy video evidence of Ben McKee discussing the makers of glyphosate (Monsanto) and neonicotinoids (Bayer) and their effect on honey and bees. The high ranked legal officials created a deed of release stipulating the video be destroyed or else savethebeesaustralia would face continuous litigation. Mr Dowling has filed the deed of release in the Supreme Court who will look at the evidence on Thursday the 19th April 2018. The proof is in the Dowling clause you can read here. https://kangaroocourtofaustralia.files.wordpress.com/2017/05/first-draft-deed-of-settlement-24-5-17-capilano-honey-and-simon-mulvany.pdf The video evidence that fortunately has not been destroyed has also been filed and is crucial to the defence of anti corruption journalist Shane Dowling. Shane Dowling who is representing himself has been critical of Capilano Ltd for honey laundering Chinese honey. Mr Dowling who was likely to be jailed if the evidence was destroyed is expected to request charges be laid against Addison law firm in Sydney that acts for Capilano Ltd. It is legal to tamper with honey in Australia but not evidence. There has been precedence. https://www.theage.com.au/news/national/justice-denied-how-lawyers-set-out-to-defeat-a-dying-woman/2006/12/22/1166290725611.html Capilano shareholders and contract beekeepers should be aware that the destroying of evidence is a federal offence and was a major stumbling block in the potential settlement between Capilano Ltd vs savethebeesaustralia. The on going dispute has put the further spotlight of the corporation that through importing suspicious Chinese honey has driven Australia’s wholesale honey price down as low as $3.10.kg. The low price if sustained will see many commercial beekeepers having to leave the industry. New Zealand Beekeepers rallied to stop the importation of honey and they are payed $12 kg. I asked Jodie Goldsworthy from Beechworth honey what would happen if Australia lost a huge packer and she stated the market would quickly readjust. Australians can buy honey directly of the Beekeeper via the local honeymap. goo.gl/vfhcQs
