I have been an employee at Papa John's (PJ United) for two years. Over this period, I've found that budgeting for two-week periods is challenging. Like many of my colleagues, I believe that receiving our pay on a weekly basis would greatly alleviate financial stress and improve our overall well-being.

Many companies choose to pay their employees biweekly as it can be more convenient from an administrative perspective. However, this practice often overlooks the needs of the workers who are directly impacted by these policies. The benefits of weekly pay include better budget management and reduced financial stress, which can lead to improved productivity and job satisfaction.

According to a study by the Workforce Institute at Kronos Incorporated, nearly 78% of U.S workers live paycheck to paycheck (CNBC). This statistic underscores the importance of frequent pay periods in helping employees manage their finances effectively.

We urge Papa John's (PJ United) management to consider implementing a weekly payment system. Such a change would not only benefit us as employees but could also enhance overall productivity within the company due to increased worker satisfaction.
