Over the years i have watched countless of my friends resort to self-harm to escape the pain and suffering going   for them mentally do we think this is ok? As you might expect this had an impact on me as well so join me as I try to make a difference and read the following text.

1.5 percent of death of documented deaths of the earth's population is from suicide that may not seem like much but that's 750,000 people! are we as a society just going to turn a blind eye?  our youth is suffering and we can help stop it!

So, what can we do? Well for starters we can include   basic and intermediate level metal health training for education majors. This is because many youth look up to and trust only certain teachers and building the new rust is really hard if you've got other things going on in life. This also gives youth more trust in the government and education system.

Secondly, I believe that weekly mental health checks should be implemented for ages 12 and up. Although by many this would be considered rash and perhaps hard to maintain understanding our youth, monitoring them and detecting possibly detecting mental disorders could help bring on treatment earlier creating less suicide rates. So, which would you prefer?   a bit of money spent or our youths   self-esteem, confidence and overall welling being to dwindle? 

Thirdly I think counselling offices worldwide ins school would always be full as to avoid burnout for therapists as they also have emotions. As adults why do we expect them to have higher mental capacity?

Together as a society we can create a  new world thats  safer and happier for our youth! so why dont we? theyll all be adults  one day. So make life easier for future them if you really  care and sign now!
