This underutilization points to an uncapitalized opportunity, especially considering that Hamilton, NJ is an ever-evolving community filled with potential.

With thousands of daily NJ Transit (Northern New Jersey) commuters, Hamilton Station can certainly benefit from the implementation of Transit Oriented Development (TOD), a growing concept in urban planning today. TOD typically involves the construction of residential or commercial areas in close proximity to public transports to maximize accessibility and encourage public transport use over private cars.
