I have seen my neighbors get into car accidents trying to turn onto Sorenson from Rincon drive. It's terrifying and deeply personal when one's neighborhood, a place regarded as a haven, becomes a site of dread due to escalating traffic problems. This is the reality for residents on the block of 11700E Rincon drive, a reality we seek to change.

Our community has witnessed an increase in housing which has consequently led to increased traffic, speeding, and distressingly an increase of accidents on Sorenson and Rincon. For the safety of all residents, we are urging the local authorities to install a three-way stop sign at Rincon Drive and Sorenson. We're calling for the curb in front of the property at 6837 Sorenson to be painted red to restrict parking, thus improving visibility. Furthermore, to reduce speeding, we require the installation of speed bumps on the block of 11700E Rincon drive.

Inaction will only perpetuate risk and hazard for our residents. Safety should never be optional, especially in our home areas.
