Amendments

Hi everyone, 

I have edited the write up slightly as It was pointed out to me it was referring to figures of neglect and abuse to animals on the US . 

Also the photograph was of a dog with am ear tag which is not something we do in the UK.  

I have added Rspca figures in the UK.  

I hope this is better .
