As a teenager gravely concerned and outraged about the content of Elsagate 2.0 and 3.0, I urge major video sharing platforms to step up their actions. Elsagate represents a series of animated videos on platforms such as YouTube, which, under the guise of being child-friendly, convey inappropriate, violent, and sexual content. This deeply unsettling trend appears to have undergone evolutions, with the warning signs of Elsagate 2.0 and 3.0 looming large.

As per research by the New York Times, in 2017, YouTube removed more than 50 channels and thousands of videos that hosted shocking content masked as children's cartoons, a phenomenon also known as Elsagate. However, the threat remains and takes new forms in Elsagate 2.0 and 3.0.

The sheer reach of such content is a matter of grave concern, particularly in an era where children are spending ample time online due to global lockdowns and home-schooling. We request immediate and stringent measures to prohibit the hosting, sharing, or promotion of any video content that falls under Elsagate 2.0 and 3.0 on any platform.

Furthermore, we urge for an insistence on strict content moderation policies and technological advancements to detect and prevent the spread of such content. Managing the safety of our children and their exposure to harmful content should be our utmost priority.
