Implement Strict Penalties for Unlawful Adoptions in the United States
The Issue
I am a victim of the system. My children and I have suffered under the hands of child services, experiencing what can only be described as human trafficking, child sales, adoption fraud, governmental kidnapping and governmental child abuse. The emotional and mental distress we've endured is cruel and unusual; our family was exploited and bankrupted before we had a valid chance to defend ourselves.
This is not just our story; it's an issue that affects countless families across America. According to a report by the National Foster Youth Institute (NFYI), over 400,000 children are in foster care in the U.S., many of whom face similar experiences.
The current state-wide adoption practices often fall under categories such as kidnapping, human trafficking, government child abuse or even child sales - all severe crimes that should carry significant penalties. Yet those who commit these crimes often go unpunished or receive lenient sentences.
We demand change. We propose making all adoptions illegal unless they meet strict criteria designed to protect children's rights above all else. Any person found guilty of violating these regulations should face severe consequences - from 35 years to life imprisonment without any immunity for judges involved in such cases. Adoptive parents found guilty should automatically be sentenced to 35 years imprisonment.
Furthermore, every adopted child must be returned automatically to their biological family members with appropriate victim compensation provided.
Our fight is not against adoption but against its misuse leading to unimaginable suffering for innocent lives caught up in this system.
Let us hold accountable those who exploit vulnerable families under the guise of 'child services'. Let justice be served! Sign this petition today!
