Personally victimized by fraud and violations of my rights as an employee in California, including retaliation from my employer, lawyers, and even by those sitting on the bench, has highlighted the urgent need to initiate comprehensive and concrete reforms within California's public offices and the State Bar. This petition is a call-to-action for the Governor of California, the California State Legislature, and the California Supreme Court who all hold the power to restructure and introduce more rigorous and robust oversight of these offices.

In the wake of my personal experience, it became glaringly apparent that corruption and a lack of accountability run rampant, causing untold harm to citizens like myself. We need to bring about immediate changes, not only to restore public trust but also to solidify preventative measures against future occurrences of such injustices.
