Implement Stillness and Meditation within the Educational System in order to create a more evolved and conscious planet. 

The reason why I am asking for your support by signing this petition for implementing stillness and meditation within the educational system is due to the first hand experience of the value this has brought in my life and especially in my practice as a nurse. 

Post-pandemic 'self-care' has become a great focus for retention of healthcare professionals. I know without a doubt that had I not had the tools of daily meditative practices I would not have been able to push through the many challenges I have faced in the last three years. 

Becoming aware of the impactful cause-effect our words, thoughts and actions have will enable us to better harmonize with our planet and with one another as we aim to truly attain a healthy society from a physical, mental and spiritual perspective. 

It is certainly a journey that I care to document and make myself available to your questions and suggestions as we find together the best steps moving forward and upward in our human evolution.
