As an ardent member of the flight sim community, I, along with many others, have noticed a significant gap in the realism of Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2020. The absence of static weapons on fighter aircraft detracts from the authenticity that this simulation game promises. This is not just a personal concern but one shared by the entire flight sim community.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 is advertised as a highly realistic simulation product. However, without static weapons on fighter aircraft - an integral part of real-life fighter planes - it falls short of its claim. According to data from Statista, there were approximately 2.6 million active users of this simulator in 2021 alone (Statista, 2021). That's millions who expect and deserve a complete and authentic experience.

By adding static weapons to fighter aircrafts, Microsoft can enhance user experience significantly and live up to their promise for realism within their simulation products.
