I am a representative of Fidelity Investments in the Salt Lake City area, and it has come to my attention that our colleagues working tirelessly in Albuquerque are not receiving the same benefits as us. Despite performing similar tasks and contributing equally to our company's success, they are excluded from profit sharing - a benefit we enjoy here in Salt Lake City.

Fidelity is known for its commitment to employee satisfaction and equality. However, this disparity between different geographical locations within the same company contradicts these values. According to a study by Willis Towers Watson, profit sharing boosts employee morale and productivity (source: Willis Towers Watson Global Workforce Study). By excluding Albuquerque representatives from this benefit, we are potentially missing out on increased productivity levels.

It is crucial that all employees feel valued for their contributions regardless of where they work. Therefore, we call upon Fidelity's management team to extend profit-sharing benefits to our hardworking colleagues in Albuquerque as well.
