Implement Intelligence-based Segregation in Educational Institutions

Implement Intelligence-based Segregation in Educational Institutions
The Issue
My experience with people who aren't putting their full intellectual capability into schooling has been frustrating, to say the least. This incredibly personal issue has driven me to call for a change. I want to see our educational institutions segregating students based on intelligence. This is not a call for discrimination, but rather a call for an educational space where each student's intellectual capability is considered and utilized to its fullest.
Quite interestingly, studies have shown over the years that each person learns differently, and at their own pace. A report by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) indicates that students who are provided with tailored learning resources perform significantly better than their peers in generalized learning environments. This is clear proof that appropriate action based on individual abilities does indeed foster more effective learning.
It is worth noting that this proposal isn't about labeling someone as 'smart' or 'dumb'. It's about grouping students together based on their intellectual capabilities such that it promotes efficient knowledge acquisition and peer-to-peer learning.
As someone who feels annoyed by those who don't put much effort into their learning, I understand that this is a delicate subject. However, it is necessary to address this issue for the enhancement of our learning environments.
Let's sign this petition and call for educational institutions to consider implementing intelligence-based segregation – creating a comprehensive, yet individualized learning environment for every student.
