We, the undersigned, call for urgent legislative action to protect our communities by enacting a law that imposes the death penalty on individuals convicted of repeat sexual offenses. Despite existing penalties, recidivism rates among sexual offenders remain alarmingly high, leaving countless victims—often children, women, and vulnerable individuals—in the wake of these heinous crimes. Current measures, such as incarceration or monitoring, have proven insufficient to deter these predators from striking again.  

By reserving the death penalty for those convicted of multiple sexual offenses beyond a reasonable doubt, we can ensure justice for victims, deter future crimes, and remove irredeemable threats from our streets.
