Dear Supporters,
Last Friday, my family and I met with Premier Doug Ford with one mission: to make sure no other family suffers the way ours has. We presented Andrew’s Law to Ford and his Ministers — and they committed to tabling it when the legislature returns this fall. Ford told us directly that he stands behind these reforms and understands the urgency of making change.
Andrew’s Law will save lives. It calls for:
- Immediate suspensions the moment you’re charged with dangerous, impaired, or stunt driving.
- Lifetime bans for repeat convictions that kill or injure.
- Mandatory jail time and escalating penalties for driving while disqualified.
- Stronger driver education on hazards, impairment, and victim impact.
- Road safety taught in schools, from Grade 1 through Grade 12.
This is a huge step forward — but it’s only the beginning. We will keep pushing until Andrew’s Law is passed and enforced with strength and urgency.
