The Department of Education in the Philippines endorses these tracks as part of the K-12 curriculum to nurture globally competitive graduates (Official Gazette, Government of the Philippines). By failing to implement these options, the school limits opportunities for students to explore their potentials and prepare for their future careers effectively.
