Too many lives, of those we knew and loved, have been lost here due to vehicular accidents. The absence of a 4-way stop increases the risk of collisions and has already taken a significant toll. As a concerned resident, I urge the State to take immediate action.

Notably, data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) emphasize that stop signs can play a crucial role in accident prevention. According to NHTSA, about 33% of all crashes in the United States occur at intersections, out of which stop sign violations constitute a significant part (source: NHTSA Traffic Safety Facts).
