The Issue

We, the People of this once-great nation,

The United States of America,

in order to deliver upon the promise to Make America Great Again,
do solemnly charge and reluctantly carry these

Articles of Impeachment
of the
President of the United States of America

United We Stand, divided we fall.

In order to ensure, preserve, and protect the Unity for which we Stand,
it is incumbent upon every American to ensure that those who would divide us in order to maintain their own corrupt control, cannot persist.

Our country today faces an existential and Constitutional threat unlike any ever survived by any Democracy before us. Our challenge is great and has never been accomplished prior, yet we, United as Americans, are capable of conquering any obstacle or threat to our collective rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Since taking office less than 100 days hence, Donald J Trump has demolished our reputation with our closest neighbor and ally, Canada, jeopardizing the security of the American continent as a whole.

Upon the first day of assuming the Office of the President, Donald J. Trump began systematically disabling the systems of checks and balances devised by our Founding Fathers, and as evolved necessarily over time, as a reasonable and advanced civilization: a Democracy of The People, for The People, and by The People.

The administration, under his care and through the guidance of his advisors, has illegally and recklessly accessed our most sensitive systems, endangered the lives of all Americans, and our entire way of life, through repeated wanton displays of abject disregard for national security and the sacrosanct charge of competently securing our nation and its operations holistically.

This administration, under the direction and resolve of President Trump, has targeted and deported people for their speech. This administration has devised what is effectively a black site, a location capable of illegally isolating people hundreds of miles from their counsel and their home jurisdictions.

They have created what can only be described as a concentration camp at Krome Detention Center, Miami, FL, wherein political prisoners, immigrants deprived of due process guaranteed by our Constitution, have been housed in inhumane conditions which harken too close to the actions of our enemies less than 100 years ago. These allegations cannot be made lightly.

Mr. Trump and staff have repeatedly and wantonly exposed national secrets and entire systems related to the protected information of every American's Social, Financial, and National Security. Our country is now operating at less than 1/3 its capacity, overwhelmed and weaponized, and it has long crossed the boundaries of ignorance and negligence or reason.

Americans no longer feel safe to speak our minds, in public, online, in writing and even spoken aloud in our own homes. Our Freedom of Speech has been abridged. Nearly every tenet of the First Amendment of our Constitution has been attacked. Dangerous rhetoric is being peddled by the one American most highly charged with unifying us as Americans, our President.

Without the ability to speak freely, to air our grievances and be heard, deprived of the ability to protest peacefully and petition the government, The People are left with only last resorts.
When the people rise up, he will use the Insurrection Act of 1807 to instill Martial Law under the premise of restoring order. Once instituted, we have no reason to have good faith it will be lifted again.

Our Constitution provides for two remedies against the possibility of a treasonous President, the first of which is impeachment, the second of which is peaceful protest and petition of grievances.

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution states that "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office, on
Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

The actions of Donald J Trump, either directly or as executed by his staff in his name and with his endorsement before, during, or after their acts, amount to all three: Treason, Bribery, and High Crimes and Misdemeanors. We do not make these charges lightly.

Aware that the system as it stands is the very one which brought us to this precipice,
We stand at the brink of an event horizon and we have before us a choice.

If we wait, we will soon discover we have lost the ability to act.
For what do we together stand?

The power of the government is derived from the people. Congress, duly elected, is meant to represent the people. This power begins with the House of Representatives, and so thus where begins any Impeachment proceeding.

If our Congress will not act on the People's behalf, then We the People must act on the Congress' behalf. It is our House and we cannot stand by, nor stand down. We stand indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
