We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, call on our elected representatives in Congress to fulfill their constitutional duty and begin impeachment proceedings against President Donald J. Trump.

President Trump’s conduct in office has demonstrated repeated violations of the Constitution, an abuse of presidential power, and an erosion of democratic norms. These include, but are not limited to:

1. Undermining free and fair elections through false claims and pressure campaigns;
2. Encouraging political violence and threatening democratic institutions;
3. Using presidential authority to intimidate opponents and shield himself from accountability;
4. Ignoring constitutional checks and balances and the rule of law.

The U.S. Constitution empowers Congress to remove a sitting president who commits "high crimes and misdemeanors." We believe President Trump's actions meet and exceed that standard.

This petition is not about partisanship — it is about principle. No person, including the President of the United States, is above the law. Congress must act to preserve the integrity of our democracy and send a clear message that constitutional violations will not be tolerated.

We demand:

Immediate investigation into President Trump's actions while in office;
The introduction of articles of impeachment where warranted;
A full and public congressional response to defend the Constitution and the American people.
