Congress must IMPEACH President Biden for blowing up the Nord Stream Pipelines and lying about it, an unconstitutional act of war against both Russia and Germany. Additionally, all members of the Biden Administration and federal agencies who were complicit in this action must be impeached or prosecuted.

 

 

“If Russia invades, that means tanks or troops crossing the border of Ukraine, then there will be no longer a Nord Stream 2. We will bring an end to it,” President Biden said on February 7th, 2022. When asked how he would do that given that Nord Stream is partially under Germany’s control, the President said, “I promise you, we will be able do that.”

The United States Constitution grants only Congress the power to ‘declare war.’ The Constitution does not give the President the right to order an act of war, as Pres. Biden reportedly did in destroying the Nord Stream Pipelines.

The evidence overwhelmingly indicates USA was the culprit, with the plan, the means, and the motive. Only Pres. Biden, and no other national leader, threatened to “put an end” to Nord Stream. USA Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland also threatened, “If Russia invades Ukraine, one way or another, Nord Stream 2 will not move forward.” Secretary of State Anthony Blinken celebrated the operation, stating, “It’s a tremendous opportunity to, once and for all, remove the dependence on Russian energy.” Nuland later bragged, “I am, and I think the administration is very gratified to know that Nord Stream 2 is a hunk of metal at the bottom of the sea.”

A veritable army of CIA and Pentagon personnel, including their affiliated 'journalist' mouthpieces, blanketed mainstream media airwaves with preposterous, sensationalized, and completely unsubstantiated propaganda claiming that Russia blew up its own Nord Stream Pipelines. No amount of direct radar evidence to the contrary mattered to the CIA propaganda machine and its media hacks. No amount of common sense –– “Why would Russia blow up its own pipelines?” –– was given consideration by the CIA noise machine. President Biden’s threats to blow up Nord Stream mattered not. The endless “Russia did it!” claims sounded like the chirping of Operation Mockingbirds.

The brazen and shameless nature of the CIA’s false flag[1] operation trying to blame Russia, which presumes the public is not capable of critical thought, would be hilarious if the consequences were not so serious: potential escalation into World War III and nuclear war.

Shortly after the destruction of the Nord Stream Pipelines, former Department of Defense official Colonel Steve Ganyard claimed that Russian Pres. Putin “seems to be laying the groundwork for the potential use of nuclear weapons.” Even more unsettling, Pres. Biden warned that the world was at the highest risk of Nuclear ‘Armageddon’ at any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis. For President Biden to know that his own act of war had increased the world’s risk of nuclear war, and thus made the USA vastly less secure, makes this not an ordinary High Crime or Misdemeanor… Biden’s destruction of the Nord Stream Pipelines, and subsequent lies about it, could arguably be the most damaging crime any sitting President has ever committed.

In addition to impeachment of Biden Administration officials, we also demand Congress convene a Select Committee on the Nord Stream Act of War to determine what role the CIA & other federal agencies played in carrying out, covering up, and lying about this operation. The Select Committee must take appropriate measures to restrain these agencies, including disbanding such agencies that are revealed to be operating in a fashion contrary to the actual interests of the citizens of the United States of America.

If President Biden is allowed to continue in office despite having violated the Constitution’s War Powers Act, it will demonstrate that USA’s so-called ‘democracy’ is meaningless. Congress must act now, before this misguided and lawless President further destabilizes the world, including a possible nuclear war that would destroy human civilization.

This petition is not a partisan matter. If the President was from another political party, the contents of this petition would be identical. Also, that destroying Nord Stream was an act of war is indisputable: administration and CIA officials knew it was an act of war, and the pipelines represent more than $10 billion of economic value to Germany and Russia.

Even if Congress is not fully persuaded that President Biden, his administration, and federal agencies such as the CIA are guilty of the alleged crime, any reasonable member of Congress must conclude that sufficient evidence exists to immediately begin Impeachment proceedings so that both the prosecution and the defense may present their cases in a full trial.

Any member of Congress who does not support impeachment and the formation of a Select Committee on the Nord Stream Act of War should not expect any form of support, including votes or financial contributions, from anyone who signs this petition.
