On March 15th, 2025, President Donald Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 in order to fight foreign crime organizations such as the Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela. Judge James Boasberg, who was nominated by former President Barack Obama, blocked the executive order for 2 weeks, thus blocking the immediate deportation of designated terrorists.

Tren de Aragua began emerging throughout the United States during the early 2020s, which saw a surge of illegal immigrants crossing the Mexico-U.S. border, particularly from Venezuela. Members of the gang have been linked to shootings, thefts in retail stores, street robberies, forced prostitution, extortion, and drug dealing throughout the nation, particularly near the border, in NYC, and in Chicago. 

Our Founding Fathers introduced the AEA in 1798 during naval conflict with France. Former Presidents Franklin Roosevelt and Harry Truman invoked the act to take on illegal aliens from Germany, Japan, and Italy during WWII, as well as those from Latin American countries. 

By spearheading a mass exodus of illegal immigrants, Tren de Aragua and many other foreign gangs and cartels have declared war on America. By blocking the Trump DOJ's efforts to reduce national crime, Boasberg is allowing these terrorists to continue causing damage and havoc to our country. He must be impeached ASAP via Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution for the good of our country.
