Judge Amanda Hunter of Chaffee County in Colorado has discriminated against my son in his custody case and violated his constitutional rights. She has continued to fail to protect my granddaughter and has threatened him with jail time if he does not comply. 

We request that she be impeached or censured. And in the very least, recuse herself from our custody case so that my son‘s constitutional rights are not violated by her blatant discrimination and bias.

She’s clearly turned a blind eye to an overwhelming amount of evidence and has committed atrocities against my family. Please sign this petition to help us stop continued discrimination against fathers in Colorado.
