In the days since his Presidential Inauguration, Donald J. Trump has signed 60+ executive orders aimed at revoking the rights of Women, African Americans, Muslim Americans, Asian Americans, Latino Americans, documented and undocumented immigrants, disabled people and the LGBTQ, by axing DEI and Civil Rights laws put in place by the constitution. He has also ordered the cease of operations of major global and international organizations, such as withdrawal from the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION and the PARIS CLIMATE AGREEMENT, as well as the IMMEDIATE PAUSING OF ALL OPERATIONS of the FDA, CDC, NIH and PEPFAR, the former two of which provide data and analysis of American food and drug safety, and the latter provide CANCER and HIV medications and research on a GLOBAL SCALE. At the time of creating this petition, it is only his sixth day in office.

It is quite clear that Trump is drunk with power and is trying to overwhelm the American government by signing off on these arbitrary and illegal measures, some of which ARE AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION, which will ensure the ERADICATION OF AMERICAN HISTORY. These moves are calculated by design to CONFUSE, CONTROL and SILENCE AMERICAN FREEDOM, and those who believe that it is every human’s right to a fair trial, and to not be discriminated against based on race, gender, class, religion, national origin or sexual identity. But fortunately for us, we know this is Trump’s entire game plan as he attempted similar actions during his first term, were warned through his 2024 campaign, and we have the knowledge to stop him.

Donald Trump and his lackeys are banking on the American people giving up and allowing him to overthrow everything. Conversations about Target and The Gulf of Mexico, although extremely important, are meant to keep us distracted from all of the havoc that he has caused in the last six days. Infighting between Republican and Democratic leaders and parties is exactly what Trump needs to turn our democracy into a dictatorship, and take control of us all. And that will not happen. The United States of America has always been a progressive and free state, and we will continue to be so for the betterment of humanity and the world.
