Ummm...... Can we normalize Menstrual leave at the job AND make it be paid? Because some women menstrual pain is so bad, that they cannot even work. All they can do, is be on bed rest and try to get through the day. It really need to be a bill made to have it required, for all US jobs to give women a paid 7-Day menstrual leave. Even if their menstrual does not last the whole 7 days, even if they’re irregular and don’t have the same start dates. All women should be required at least one 7-Day menstrual leave per month. That way if some women take advantage, they will have the consequence of having to work during that menstrual, and deal with the pain. since they thought it was okay to just take advantage of the paid leave.
