As a concerned citizen, I am deeply disturbed by the behavior of Stephen Bradshaw, who is still an employee of the Post Office, still working in the Security Department.

He is accused of acting like a 'Mafia Boss', involving himself in investigations, aggressive, intimidating, harassing, bullying and openly demonstrating knowledge about failures within the Horizon system.

One can only imagine the fear and terror postmasters and postmistresses went through while being 'interrogated' by him in a room on their own, being accused of stealing money they knew nothing about.

To hear of a disabled lady being pushed into a mailbag lift at a sorting office, his denials of intimidating behaviour. To tell those 'off the record' "I know you haven't done anything wrong but likely you'll be prosecuted anyway". 

It's not difficult to imagine him shouting and spitting in the face (itself within the definition of assault) of an intimidated victim, like a possessed Gangster thug or Loan Shark demanding the money. Demanding to know where the money was stashed or what was done with it. To have him ransack their homes or "agree to a search or have your home ruined by the police who will smash up the floor or rip up the floorboards".

Denying using profane and threatening language and behavior to get scared and frightened people to comply with his narrative to get a conviction which now looks likely there was financial bonuses to obtain. This man was out of control, on a power trip of instilling fear into others.

His arrogant and defensive demeanor has caused distress among innocent postmasters who deserve respect and fair treatment. Even today, treating the enquiry with contempt and arrogance and seems unable to accept the consequences of his actions has had on others.

The impact of his actions is not only felt by those directly involved but also taints the reputation of our trusted institution - The Post Office. It's time to hold individuals accountable for their actions.

I urge you to take immediate action against Stephen Bradshaw for his unprofessional conduct, pending investigation and dismissal should findings confirm

This petition is not just about one individual's behavior but about setting a standard for all employees within public service sectors.

Were there financial incentives to bring wrongful and false prosecutions against innocent postmasters?

[Mr Bradshaw then said that protecting the Post Office’s interest “may” have led to cash bonuses for him but it “depends on who looks at the forms”]

Please sign this petition now to call on The Post Office to suspend Stephen Bradshaw immediately until these serious allegations are thoroughly investigated and if proven, for him to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, ultimately to face as he infamously and eloquently puts it "jail time".
