Based on feedback from the community and information presented from various media outlets, we believe it’s time for Cherniss to resign before our district becomes another of his casualties. If he does not accept that he is not the right fit for our district, we call upon our elected school board members to do the right thing for our voting, taxpaying community before millions of dollars are wasted. We are appalled that more than $20,000 was paid to a search firm that failed to discover several of Cherniss’ past lawsuits and failed projects. It’s time to correct this mistake before our schools and students pay the price for his mismanagement.
