If Julia acted with willful negligence, she bears the responsibility for this situation, as Julia has acknowledged her failure to report and admitted that she did not fulfill her duties. It is time for a change. Julia must resign, and Nancy Ault, as the head of the board, should also step down. This is a matter of safety. Both Julia Heaton and Nancy Ault were willingly negligent.
