Many of the Canara bank customers are not receiving the OTP for doing the internet banking transaction from the month of Sep'13. Initially, I had informed the issue to the local bank branch manager and he suggested to take up this issue to the Canara bank, head office.  "It has been confirmed by the local branch that many other Valued customers also reporting the issue". As per his suggestion I had mailed the concerned authorities on 24-Sept-2013 to solve the issue. But till date they have not been able to solve the problem. They are just  forwarding the compliant from one section to another section. Based on individual customer complaint, the concerned authorities have not taken the issue seriously. It requires now to join our hands together and raise the voice against their inability to provide the solution. Since many Canara bank customers at IIT Guwahati are facing the same problem  we request the people to sign the petition so that the concerned authorities will take the matter seriously and solve it on high priority.
