The state of Illinois is currently without a budget.  They state has ceased to pay bills since the lapse of the 2015 budget, which expired June 30th, 2015.  The state has continued to collect taxes, fees and insurance premiums, but they have decided to withhold payment of the insurance premiums to the medical and dental insurance carriers. My dental office has continued to treat the state employees, their children and retirees.  As of April 1, 2016, I have gone 9 months without payment from the state. I have continued to pay taxes.  I have many bills to pay.  I want the state to pay for the services that I have provided.
