Make 4 hours of simulated Defensive Driving mandatory in Illinois. Dana Janssen's Law

My cousin's daughter was driving home with two friends from school when she went on the side of the road into loose gravel, over corrected and went across the oncoming lane of traffic where they were hit broadside by an oncoming vehicle. The first teen, Samantha DeLisle was pronounced dead at the scene.  Second teen, Jeffrey Masters was pronounced dead a few hours later at the hospital.  This accident happened on 11/5/14 outside of Raymond, Illinois on Rt 48.  Dana made it until Saturday on 11/8/14.  Had Defensive Driving been taught how to react on loose gravel, those teens might have lived.  I want to see situation simulation of at least 4 hours during the teen's time in Drivers Education to be mandatory to handle loose gravel, oncoming traffic, snow, ice, water covered roads and wildlife.  I want this to be Dana Janssen's Law.
